Celmisia bellidioides is a native creeping much-branched mat-forming herb. Endemic to the South Island: from Nelson and Marlborough to Southland. Its habitat is in wet rocky and gravelly places in gorges and along streamsides, often near waterfalls in montane to subalpine areas. It develops a white/green flower from November – February. Fruiting occurs December – March.
