Common cultivar name: Hebe Oratia Beauty
Hebe ‘Oratia Beauty’ forms a robust evergreen shrub, about 75 cm high.
The fleshy leaves are and broadly spear-shaped, 4–6 cm long.
It gets covered in racemes of pink flowers fading to white throughout spring and summer.
This hebe cultivar was introduced into cultivation in 1982 by Hugh Redgrove of Oratia, Auckland, New Zealand. He was given cuttings of this hebe from an unknown source.
