Hebe 'Ohakea' is cultivar of a parent Hebe diosmifolia. It is a low growing shrub (>80cm) with a rounded habit.
The olive green leaves which are 2cc long by 4mm wide have faintly red margins.
In spring and summer it develops amethyst bud spikes which open to pale pink-lavender flowers. The colours lighten with age.
