Hebe 'Black Panther' was been bred in Holland and brought back to New Zealand. 'Black Panther' has large leaves, deep green on the upper sides and almost deep maroon on the undersides. The plant grows to 1.0m X 1.0m.
Large deep burgundy flowers are produced in spring-summer.
