The leaves are 2.5 -4 cm long by 7 -12mm wide. It is an attractive, compact growing bush (75x130cm.) with rose purple flowers during cooler months of the year. It will flower for about nine months. The main flowering is mid autumn to mid sping.  It is advisable to trim off the spent flowers as it will encouage repeat flowering.
